Meaning
“Arjuna said: Rightly, O Hrishikesha, the world rejoices and delights in Your praise; the demons flee terrified in all directions, and all the hosts of the perfected bow to You. And why should they not bow to You, O great soul, greater even than Brahma, the first creator? O infinite Lord of gods, abode of the universe, You are the Imperishable, being and non- being, and that which is beyond both. You are the first of gods, the ancient Spirit; You are the supreme resting-place of all this universe; You are the knower and the known and the supreme abode; by You, of infinite form, is this universe pervaded. You are Vayu, Yama, Agni, Varuna, the moon, Prajapati, and the great-grandfather. Salutations to You a thousand times; again and yet again, salutations, salutations to You! Salutations from the front and from behind; salutations to You on every side, O All! Of infinite power and immeasurable might, You pervade all, therefore You are all.”
