Bhagavad Gita 18.49

Sanskrit

असक्तबुद्धिः सर्वत्र जितात्मा विगतस्पृहः । नैष्कर्म्यसिद्धिं परमां संन्यासेनाधिगच्छति ॥18.49॥

Transliteration

asaktabuddhiḥ sarvatra jitātmā vigataspṛhaḥ | naiṣkarmyasiddhiṃ paramāṃ saṃnyāsenādhigacchati ‖18.49‖

Meaning

One whose intellect is unattached everywhere, whose self is conquered, from whom longing has departed, by renunciation one attains the supreme perfection of freedom from action.
