Meaning
“The splendour residing in the sun that illumines the whole world, that in the moon and in fire, know that splendour to be Mine. Entering the earth, I support all beings by My power; becoming the watery moon, I nourish all herbs. Becoming the fire of life lodged in the body of living beings, joined with the in-breath and out-breath, I digest the fourfold food.”
