utkrāmantaṃ sthitaṃ vāpi bhuñjānaṃ vā guṇānvitam | vimūḍhā nānupaśyanti paśyanti jñānacakṣuṣaḥ ‖15.10‖ yatanto yoginaścainaṃ paśyantyātmanyavasthitam | yatanto'pyakṛtātmāno nainaṃ paśyantyacetasaḥ ‖15.11‖

Meaning

The deluded do not perceive him, departing, staying, or experiencing, conjoined with the gunas; those with the eye of knowledge see. Striving yogis perceive him established in the self; but the unrefined, the mindless, though striving, perceive him not.
