Meaning

This space between heaven and earth and all the quarters are filled by You alone; seeing this, Your wondrous and terrible form, the three worlds tremble, O great soul. These hosts of gods enter into You; some, terrified, praise You with joined palms; crying ‘Hail!’ the throngs of great sages and perfected ones laud You with abundant hymns. The Rudras, Adityas, Vasus, Sadhyas, Vishvas, Ashvins, Maruts, ancestors, hosts of gandharvas, yakshas, asuras, and siddhas, all gaze at You, quite amazed.
