Transliteration

na rūpamasyeha tathopalabhyate nānto na cādirna ca sampratiṣṭhā | aśvatthamenaṃ suvirūḍhamūlaṃ asaṅgaśastreṇa dṛḍhena chittvā ‖15.3‖ tataḥ padaṃ tatparimārgitavyaṃ yasmingatā na nivartanti bhūyaḥ | tameva cādyaṃ puruṣaṃ prapadye | yataḥ pravṛttiḥ prasṛtā purāṇī ‖15.4‖

Meaning

Its form is not perceived here as such, neither its end nor its beginning nor its foundation. Having cut this firmly-rooted ashvattha with the strong axe of non-attachment, then that goal is to be sought, attaining which they return no more, ‘I take refuge in that primal Person from whom streamed forth the ancient current.’
