Meaning
“With hands and feet everywhere, with eyes, heads, and mouths everywhere, with hearing everywhere, That stands, enveloping all in the world. Shining through the functions of all the senses, yet without senses; unattached, yet supporting all; free of gunas, yet experiencing the gunas. Outside and within all beings; the unmoving and also the moving; because of its subtlety incomprehensible; far away and also near. Undivided, yet remaining as if divided among beings; to be known as the supporter of beings, the devourer and the generator. The Light even of lights, beyond darkness it is said to be; knowledge, the knowable, the goal of knowledge, seated in the hearts of all.”
