Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Teachmysoul account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what data is removed or retained.

Delete from within the app (fastest)

1. Open the Teachmysoul app on iOS or Android.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and progress are permanently removed.

Request deletion via our Help Center

If you can no longer access the app, open a request through our Help Center using the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account identifier and sign-in association (Apple / Google / email).
• All learning activity: verses read, bookmarks, streaks, daily-verse history, chapters completed and join date.
• Your premium-access flag.

What may be retained

We keep no advertising or tracking data. Purchase records held by Apple or Google for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes are governed by their respective policies and are outside our control. We do not store your payment-card details at any time.
